3 - User Account Management

Accounts found to be registered by non-residents or accounts opened by those found to be underage will be subject to immediate suspension or termination.
Bets placed by unverified accounts will be voided, stakes returned, and no winnings paid out.

After identity verification and fund withdrawal, Bet Rivals will confirm the account closure.
Dormant Accounts
Accounts inactive for more than 12 months may be classified as dormant.
Bet Rivals reserves the right to impose a maintenance fee on dormant accounts, with prior notification to users and opportunity for reactivation.
For dormant accounts with funds, we will inform players 30 days before the 12-month mark and attempt to return funds to the source account.
KYC Compliance and Fraud Prevention
Adherence to strict KYC checks aligns with AML practices and UKGC regulations.

Multiple Accounts Policy
Users are not permitted to hold more than one account on the Bet Rivals platform.
If a user is found to have multiple accounts, the additional accounts will be closed, and Bet Rivals may take further actions, including but not limited to, suspending the user's primary account.

Users are required to keep their personal and contact information updated at all times.
This requirement is essential for maintaining compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations. Failure to provide updated information may result in account restrictions or closure.
4 - Your account
Segregation of Customer Funds
Customer funds are held separately from company funds in a customer account, distinct from our day-to-day business accounts.

Any commercial exploitation of our services requires prior written consent from Bet Rivals.
5 - Tournament Creation
Tournament Creation by Users
Bet Rivals allows registered users to create tournaments within the platform.
Users creating tournaments (hereinafter referred to as "Tournament Creators") must comply with all Bet Rivals’ rules and regulations, including but not limited to tournament structures, betting rules, and participant eligibility.
Commission Sharing Mechanism
Tournament Creators are eligible to receive a commission share of 20% of the commission earned by Bet Rivals from the tournaments they create, translating to 2% of the total stakes of that tournament.
The commission is calculated based on the net revenue generated from each tournament after deducting applicable taxes and fees.
Commission payments to Tournament Creators are subject to the successful completion of the tournament. In cases where a tournament is cancelled, no commission will be payable.
Eligibility for Commission Sharing
To be eligible for commission sharing, Tournament Creators must ensure their tournament meets the minimum participation requirement of at least 25 players as set by Bet Rivals.
Bet Rivals reserves the right to modify the minimum participation criteria at any time. Any such changes will be communicated to the users via the app or email. Upon notification, users must explicitly accept the new terms for them to be applicable. Failure to accept these terms may restrict the user's ability to create or participate in future tournaments. These changes will apply to tournaments created following the acceptance of the new terms.
Payment of Commission
Commission payments will be credited to the Tournament Creator’s Bet Rivals account within a specified period following the conclusion of the tournament.
Tournament Creators must provide accurate and up-to-date payment information to receive commission payments.
Cancellation and Refunds
All tournaments with less than 5 players will be automatically cancelled in order to avoid player collusion and maintain highest standards
In the event of a tournament cancellation, Bet Rivals will refund all participating players according to the standard refund policy.
Tournament Creators will not receive a commission for cancelled tournaments.
Tournament Promotion
Tournament Creators may promote their tournaments, but must do so responsibly and in a manner that is compliant with Bet Rivals’ marketing guidelines, applicable laws, and responsible gambling practices. They must ensure their promotional activities do not target underage individuals or vulnerable groups.
Tournament Creators are not recognized as official marketers or representatives of Bet Rivals and must not present themselves as such.
Limitation of Liability
Bet Rivals is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the Tournament Creator’s role in creating or promoting tournaments.
Tournament Creators agree to indemnify and hold Bet Rivals harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their creation and promotion of tournaments.
Amendments to Commission Sharing Terms
Bet Rivals reserves the right to amend the terms of the commission sharing mechanism. Any such changes will be communicated to the users. Upon notification, users must explicitly accept the new terms for them to be applicable. Failure to accept these terms may restrict the user's ability to create or participate in future tournaments. These changes will apply to tournaments created following the acceptance of the new terms.
6 - Community Standards
General Use of Services
Users must utilise Bet Rivals' services, including the website and mobile application, lawfully and respectfully.
Actions disrupting service functionality, causing harm to other users, or violating laws are prohibited.
Community Interaction and Respect
Members are expected to maintain community standards by conducting themselves respectfully in interactions with other members and staff.
Offensive content posting is prohibited, and adherence to fair play guidelines is mandatory.
Prohibited behaviours
Users must avoid harassment, hate speech, and other forms of disruptive behaviour.
Violation of community standards may lead to account suspension or termination.
7 - Deposits & Transactions
Currency and Payment Methods
All transactions are processed in Pound Sterling (GBP).
Users must use payment methods registered in their own name.
Transaction Limits
The minimum deposit amount is set at £5.
The minimum withdrawal amount is £5.
Any withdrawal request below the stated minimum will be subject to additional fees, to cover payment processing costs.
